My role in improving my clients' quality of life is that of an educator and motivator through fitness programs and nutritonal guidence. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one's strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which invariably lead to better health and longevity.
My training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It is about making a decision to change your life and taking the necessary steps to make it happen. We take a whole body approach so that our clients will see and feel the personal training benefits. With motivation, dedication and education you can do it and we can help! Who I Train
I train clients of all ages and fitness levels. I have worked with beginners with very little or no background in fitness or nutrition. I also have designed intense workouts for the advanced athlete who needs special training for athletic events. I have experience working with children, special needs and many different types of injuries. Each session depends on my clients' goals and preferences in order to keep them motivated to reach their personal expectations.
